Bikinis and swimsuits are delicate garments and suffer greatly from the action of external agents such as the sun, salt, chlorine or sunscreen. This, added to many other factors, can cause swimsuits to deteriorate faster than other garments. The same happens with our garments in the “beachwear” section, which require the same care.

Yes! If you are in mainland Spain, your first size change is free (except for discounted products). You can do so within 14 days of receiving the product. To do so, you must contact us by email at info@circu.es and provide us with the details of the product you wish to change, along with your order number and the new product or size you wish to receive. Once we have received the original product in perfect condition, we will proceed to send the new product to the address indicated.

Please note that in order to make an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition, with its original label intact and with its intimate hygiene protection.

Yes, we do offer returns and these must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. However, the costs of handling the return will be deducted from the price of the original order (in the peninsula €1.95). That is, the amount to be returned to the customer will be the original price of the product minus the corresponding shipping and handling costs.
