The estimated delivery time will be between 3 and 5 working days in the peninsula (for other destinations, please consult). We ship to any part of the world.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you are in mainland Spain, your first size change is free (except for discounted products) . You can do so within 14 days of receiving the product.

In the event of a return, the handling costs will be deducted from the original order price (in the peninsula € 4.90 ). That is, the amount to be returned to the customer will be the original price of the product minus the corresponding shipping and handling costs.

To do so, you must contact us by email at info@circu.es and provide us with the details of the product you wish to exchange, along with your order number and the new product or size you wish to receive. Once we have received the original product in perfect condition, we will proceed to send the new product to the address indicated.

CURRENT RETURN TIMES

At this time, returns may take 3-5 business days to be evaluated and processed once they are delivered to our warehouse.

All items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.

WHAT CAN I RETURN?

We are happy to accept items at their original price for return, provided they are in the original condition - unworn, unwashed and with all tags and linings attached.

Full-priced items may be returned for a refund, additional store credit, or another item of equal value.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND OR CREDIT NOTE?

Once your return is received and inspected, if accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.

REFUND

Please note that refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your bank statement due to varying processing times between financial providers.

CREDIT

Once your return is received and inspected, if accepted, your credit check will be emailed to you. Credit checks do not expire and can be used for any item(s). But they cannot be reversed into a refund at any time.

CHANGE

Once your return is received and inspected, if accepted, the exchanged item will be sent to you with shipping details for tracking. An automatic exchange notification will be sent via email. To update your address, please email info@circu.es as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, if your return exceeds our 14-day policy, we will not be able to process your exchange.
