At this time, returns may take 3-5 business days to be evaluated and processed once they are delivered to our warehouse.
All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.
WHAT CAN I RETURN?
We are happy to accept items at their original price for return, as long as they are in the original condition. Unused, unwashed and with all tags and linings attached.
Full-priced items may be returned for a refund, additional store credit, or another item of equal value.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND OR CREDIT NOTE?
Once your return is received and inspected, and if accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Please note that refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your bank statement due to varying processing times between financial providers.
Once your return is received and inspected, and if accepted, your credit check will be emailed to you. Credit checks have no expiration date and can be used for any item/s. But they cannot be reversed into a refund at any time.
Once your return is received and inspected, if accepted, the exchanged item will be sent with shipping details for tracking. An automatic change notification will be sent via email. To update your address, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, if your return exceeds our 14 day policy, we will not be able to process your exchange.
